OUR WINERY
The Franz Mittelbach winery is already in its third generation.
The main building and the tasting room were built in the 1970s and provide a good atmosphere for any wine tasting.
OUR WINE CELLAR IN LINDOBELGASSE
In the middle of the idyllic Lindobelgasse in Rohrendorf near Krems lies our traditional wine cellar, which has been an integral part of our family for over a century. Here we devote ourselves with dedication and passion to the care and production of wines that reflect the entire range of regional diversity: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller, and of course Zweigelt.
In our cellar, diversity is our top priority. Each grape variety brings its own character - from the crisp freshness of Grüner Veltliner to the elegant complexity of Riesling to the aromatic nuances of Gelber Muskateller and the velvety depth of Zweigelt. Our goal is to create wines that capture the unique landscape and terroir of our homeland and give each glass a distinctive character.
Our wines are an invitation to discover the variety and quality that Rohrendorf has to offer. Whether for special occasions or everyday enjoyment - every wine lover will find their favorite here.
FROM THE VINE TO THE GLASS
Our wine cellar is not only aimed at wine lovers in Austria, but also supplies wine shops, wholesalers and top restaurants in Austria and beyond in countries such as Germany and the USA, where real wine quality is valued. Our wide range of wine creations has already convinced numerous wine lovers both in Austria and internationally.
